I want to thank both of you! I couldn't be anymore pleased with the final product and the customer service I received! I can appreciate the promptness and the fact that you both genuinely made me feel like I was an important customer when in reality I am probably one of your smallest. As a result I have an extremely professional looking sample that positions me to do my job better. I just wanted to say thank you again – to both of you and your great in-house graphic designer – for really knocking yourselves out to not only come up with two really great designs for those award boards – but for also dealing with us on the multiple edits and for still getting them to us within our pretty tight deadline. As always, you and your team not only met, but really, really exceed expectations, both in the quality of the product and customer service. It is something that sadly is getting harder to come by these days, but is always consistent from you and your team, and is very appreciated over here at SME.

Graham you and Shelby should get an award for “patience” for working with us on our recent project. There is no way we could have pulled the board and program off without your assistance. Graham, I really appreciate your recommendations on the paper for the program, you were spot on! We received a number of complements on how nice the program looked this year. Sometimes when you have worked on an item for so long you can see it any other way. I’m happy you had some good insight on what we should do.

I just wanted to send you an email letting you know what a fantastic job
Saturn did on this years Expo Booklet! We were extremely pleased with
the results. So please that there is talk of making it bigger for next
year. I as it stands right now the booklet is about 48 pages. If we
add more pages will be have to go to a different type of binding and if
so how much more expensive will that be? If you get a minute could you
send me some prices? I just want to get an idea of what we're looking
at for next year.
